Securing ephemeral CI access using tailscale and github runners

Started using tailscale to enable secure network access from github runners to our dev environment at Magnitude

I’m impressed with how easy it was to set this up, despite a few issues I had to workaround with the DNS configuration, everything else worked quite well.
